Preparation Instructions | Preheat Griddle To 375° To 400°F. Put 3 Quarts + ½ Cup Water In Large Mixing Bowl. Add 5 Lbs Pancake Mix. Blend With Wire Whisk Until Dry Mix Is Well Incorporated. (A Slightly Lumpy Batter Is Acceptable.) Pour Or Ladle Pancakes To A 5-Inch Diameter. Flip When Edges Begin To Dry (Approximately 1 1/2 Minutes). Flip Only Once. Bake Approximately 1 1/4 To 1 1/2 Minutes On Second Side. Serve. For 7-Inch Waffles: Preheat Waffle Iron, Put 3 Quarts + 1/2 Cup Water, 10 Large Eggs, Beaten, And 1 1/4 Cups Oil In Mixing Bowl. Blend Well With Wire Whisk. Add 5 Lbs. Pancake Mix. Blend With Wire Whisk Until All Dry Mix Is Incorporated. Ladle 4 1/2 Ounces Of Batter Into Lightly Oiled Waffle Iron. Bake 3 Minutes. Serve. |
