We utilize real-time shipping rate tools for all small-parcel orders to provide accurate and competitive delivery costs at checkout.
Orders shipped via pallet, freight or orders that qualify for free shipping may require a custom freight quote. These shipments are subject to additional accessorial charges, which may include but are not limited to: liftgate, residential delivery, limited access locations, appointment scheduling and driver assistance.
We will contact you prior to shipment if any additional accessorial fees apply, and we will not proceed without your approval.
Prepaid Shipping - Dock-to-Dock
Our store offers a prepaid shipping plan for $2,000 qualifying freight shipments. This prepaid plan covers dock-to-dock delivery only and is intended to streamline the ordering process for customers receiving palletized or freight-based shipments.
Please note:
This plan does not include accessorial fees.
Additional charges may apply for services such as:
- Liftgate delivery
- Residential or limited-access delivery
- Appointment scheduling
- Inside delivery or special handling
Any accessorial fees required by the carrier will be billed separately. We will notify you of any applicable charges prior to shipment.

Liftgate Service
Required when delivery location does not have a dock or forklift
$75 – $150 per shipment
Residential Delivery
Delivery to a residential address (including home-based businesses)
$75 – $125
Limited Access Delivery
Applies to schools, churches, storage units, farms, construction sites, military bases, etc.
$75 – $150
Inside Delivery
Driver moves freight inside the building/premises
$100 – $250
Appointment / Scheduled Delivery
Carrier must call or schedule delivery window
$25 – $50
Re-Delivery Fee
Additional charge if delivery attempt fails
$50 – $150
Reconsignment / Address Change
Shipment is rerouted after pickup
$50 – $200 depending on distance
Detention Time
Time waiting at location beyond standard free time (usually 15 minutes)
$50 – $100/hour
Driver Assist
Driver help with unloading
$75 – $150/hour
All products have a processing time listed on the product page. Each item has a different processing time. Please navigate back to the product page if you are unsure of this information. Also, please allow an additional 2-7 days after shipment for delivery.
All taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address provided for the order. If you qualify for a tax exemption, please contact support@roundeyesupply.com with all necessary documentation to get your exemption set up.
