| Preparation Instructions | Preheat Griddle To 365° To 400°F. Put 3 Quarts Cool Water In Large Mixing Bowl. Add 5 Lbs Pancake Mix. Blend With Wire Whisk Until Dry Mix Is Well Incorporated. (A Slightly Lumpy Batter Is Acceptable.) Pour Or Ladle Pancakes To A 5-Inch Diameter. Flip When Edges Begin To Dry (Approximately 1 1/2 Minutes). Flip Only Once. Bake Approximately 1 1/4 To 1 1/2 Minutes On Second Side. Serve. |
