Prior To Reconstitution, This Product Will Be Stable For Up To 15 Months When Stored Unopened In A Cool, Dry Place.
Preparation Instructions
For Small Batch: Add 15.5 Oz (Dry Weight) Of Mix To 1 Gallon (64 Fl Oz) Of Hot Water (180°-190ºf) While Mixing With A Wire Whisk. Mix Until Completely Dissolved And Sauce Is Smooth. Stir Prior To Serving. For Full Batch: Add 330 Ounces Of Hot Water (180°-190ºf) Into A Large Mixer. Using Wire Whisk Attachment, Turn Mixing Equipment On And Slowly Add Entire Contents Of Bag (5 Lbs) Into The Mixer. Mix Until Smooth And Completely Dissolved. Stir Prior To Serving.
