Cover And Bake In 400°F Convection Oven For 15-20 Minutes; Or Until Product Reaches 180°F. Mix Prior To Serving. Yield: 9.8 Lbs. Makes: 50 3-Oz Servings Taco Meat (Conventional Oven): Follow Directions Above. Adjust Oven Time As Need. Bake In 400°F Oven For Approximately 25-30 Minutes; Or Until Product Reaches 180°F.
