Preparation Instructions For Chicken: In A Bowl, Whisk Together Two Cups Of Mix And Two Cups Of Cool Water. Add Two Cups Of Mix To A Seperate Bowl. Dip Chicken Piece Into Wet Batter First Until Completely Coated, Then Remove From Batter, Allowing Excess To Drip Back Into Bowl. Toss Battered Chicken Piece In Dry Mix Until Well-Coated. Fry In 350°F Oil Until Internal Temperature Reaches 165°F. Exact 4-7 Minutes For Chicken Strips. 12-15 Minutes For Bone In Chicken. Allow To Drain, And Then Serve. Hold As Desired. For Fish Fillets: In A Bowl, Whisk Together Two Cups Of Mix And Two Cups Of Cool Water. Dip Fish Piece Into Wet Batter Until Completely Coated, Then Remove From Batter, Allowing Excess To Drip Back Into Bowl. Fry In 350°F Oil Until Internal Temperature Reaches 140°F. Allow To Drain, And Then Serve. Hold As Desired. For Seafood: Add Two Cups Of Mix To A Bowl. Toss Seafood Pieces In Dry Mix Until Well-Coated. Fry In 350°F Oil Until Desired Doneness Is Reached. Allow To Drain, And Then Serve Or Hold As Desired.
