Place Pork In Single Layer On Parchment-Lined Sheet Pan And Roast, Uncovered, In Preheated 350˚F Oven For 25 Minutes. Remove Pork From Oven. Wrap The Sheet Tray In Foil And Continue To Roast Until Tender, About 1 Hour And 45 Minutes, Or Until Internal Temperature Is At Least 165˚F. Remove Pork From Oven And Allow Pork To Rest.
