Remove Cover And Stir Well With A Wire Whisk Until Smooth. Pour Sauce Into Serving Container And Maintain Internal Sauce Temperature At 165°F During Service. Yield: 80 Fl. Oz. For Smaller Quantity Preparation: Substitute These Quantities And Follow The Same Instructions. Water (190°F) 1 Quart, Sauce Mix 1 3/4 Cups, Yield: 40 Fl. Oz. Boiling Water Preparation: Boiling Water 2 Quarts, Alfredo Sauce Mix 16 Ounces, Directions: Bring 2 Quarts Of Water In A Heavy Saucepan To A Full Rolling Boil. Turn Off Heat. Add Slowly 1 Package Of Sauce Mix, Stirring Well With A Wire Whisk. Turn On Heat. Stir With A Wire Whisk Over Medium Heat Until Thickened And Smooth. Remove From Heat. Pour Sauce Into Serving Container And Maintain Internal Sauce Temperature At 165˚F During Service. Yield: 80 Fl. Oz.
