Preparation Instructions | Preheat Oven To 350°F. In A Medium Container Drain 8 Cups Canned Fruit And Set The Liquid Aside. Place Drained Fruit In A Well-Greased Half Size Steam Table Pan. In A Separate Container Add Contents Of Pouch Into 8-10 Fl Oz Of Drained Fruit Liquid, Water Or Combination Of The Two And Mix Thoroughly With A Wire Whisk Until Smooth. Pour Batter Over Fruit And Bake As Follows: 50-60 Minutes In Conventional Oven Or 30-40 Minutes In Convection Oven. Remove From Oven And Allow To Cool Prior To Serving. To Prepare A Larger Batch (2 Bags Cobbler Mix And 1- #10 Can Of Fruit): Preheat Oven To 350°F. In A Large Container Drain The Liquid From A #10 Can Of Fruit And Set Liquid Aside. Place Drained Fruit Into 2 Well-Greased Half Size Pan. In A Separate Container Add Contents Of Two Pouches Into 16-20 F. Oz Of Drained Fruit Liquid, Water Or Combination Of The Two And Mix Thoroughly With A Wire Whisk Until Smooth. Pour Batter Over Fruit (Dividing Equally If Using 2 Half Size Pans) And Bake As Follows: 50-60 Minutes In Conventional Oven Or 30-40 Minutes In Convection Oven. Remove From Oven And Allow To Cool Prior To Serving. Note: For A Higher Level Of Liquid In Your Finished Product Add 6 Ounces Of The Retained Liquid Atop The Fruit Before Pouring On The Cobbler Batter. |
