Spoon Batter Into Pan And Spread Evenly. 3 Bake 48-52 Minutes.* Cool Completely In Pan Before Cutting. Store In A Tightly Covered Container. Do Not Eat Raw Batter. *Do Not Over-Bake. Freshly Baked Brownies Appear Under-Baked But Cool To Doneness. For Glass Pan, Add 5 Minutes To Bake Time. High Altitude (Over 5,000 Feet): Prepare As Directed, Adding 1/3 Cup Cornstarch.
Serving Suggestion Frosted Espresso Brownie Bites Heat Oven To 325°F. Line Mini Muffin Pan(S) With Paper Baking Cups. For Brownies: Prepare Brownie Batter As Directed Above, Adding 2 Tsp Instant Espresso Powder. Spoon Batter Into Muffin Cups, Filling 1/2 Full. Bake 16-18 Minutes. Cool Thoroughly Before Frosting. For Frosting: Using An Electric Mixer On Medium Speed, Mix 1 Cup (2 Sticks) Softened Butter, 2 Tsp Vanilla And 4 Tbsp Irish Cream Liqueur Until Smooth. Add 3 Cups Powdered Sugar, One Cup At A Time, Mixing After Each Addition. Continue Mixing Until Light And Fluffy. Add 1 Tbsp Milk, If Needed For Desired Consistency. Spread Frosting Over Cooled Brownies. Makes 42 Brownie Bites.
