    Kettle Cooked Chips

    Kettle Chips have become widely popular and a real favorite among potato chip eaters who prefer the thicker, crunchier chip kettle cooking produces. Traditional potato chips, fried on a moving conveyer belt in a continuous process where the oil stays at about the same temperature, come out light and crispy. Kettle-cooked chips, fried in individual batches where the oil cools in between each new batch, are thicker, sturdier and contain more moisture.
